1. Who are the users that will use the paid content and services in the app?
Individual consumers who purchase Migraine Sound Mixer: Ebb directly from the Apple App Store use the app. Every purchaser receives the same complete feature set. There are no separate customer classes, enterprise users, external subscribers, or account-based users.
2. Where can users purchase the content and services that can be accessed in the app?
Users purchase only the app itself through the Apple App Store as a one-time paid download. Users cannot purchase content or services inside the app, on our website, or through any third-party service.
3. What specific types of previously purchased content and services can a user access in the app?
None. The app does not provide access to content, subscriptions, or services purchased previously or outside the App Store. It has no sign-in system and does not connect to an external content account. All included sound layers and presets are bundled with the app and available after the user downloads the paid app from the App Store.
4. What paid content, subscriptions, or features are unlocked within the app that do not use In-App Purchase?
None. No content or feature is unlocked within the app through an external payment or another purchasing mechanism. The one-time App Store purchase includes the complete app, including the phase-aware starting mixes, built-in sound library, sound mixer, session timer, saved mixes, Quick Start, session feedback, offline playback, Lock Screen widget, and Now Playing controls. There are no additional paid unlocks or subscriptions.
