Your health data never leaves your pocket. We built MigraineZen on a strict local-first architecture. When you sync with Apple Health, our algorithms analyze your patterns directly on your device. Your personal health metrics are never uploaded to our servers, never shared with third parties, and never seen by us. We provide the insights; you keep the ownership.
All your migraine history and personal data remain on your device. We do not have access to your personal content or store it on our servers. Data stays on this phone. It is never sent to our cloud.
Q：Will I lose my data if I get a new iPhone?
A：Not at all. Because MigraineZen history syncs directly with "Apple Health > Headache", your migraine history is tied to your Apple ID, not just this phone. As long as you have iCloud Sync enabled for Health, your migraine history will automatically appear on your new device the moment you sign in.
Note for computer backups: If you restore your new phone using a cable (Mac/PC) instead of iCloud, please ensure you select "Encrypt Local Backup" in Finder/iTunes. Unencrypted backups do not save Health data.
Your data is protected by iOS security features and remains under your control. You can delete all data by deleting the app.
